Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

This is a remote, flexible-hours contract on the Outlier platform, with payments weekly and access to leading LLMs. Contributors review text, image, and video prompts, rate outputs, and provide concise explanations to help improve AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a short English explanation.
