Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos to determine which aligns best with prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Willingness to decide between options when both have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and explain what looked off in writing.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what was observed.
