Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, writing concise explanations in English, and providing feedback that helps improve AI systems. Eligible applicants from multiple countries can join with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to explain what is off in AI outputs with concise justifications.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and thinking on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Write explanations in English describing observed issues and reasoning.
