Job summary

Outlier is hiring for an English-language review role that involves live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating AI-generated media. You will compare image and video outputs, identify where they diverge from prompts, and document detailed explanations in writing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, everyday conversational speech and strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly in real-time scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or misalignment.
• Writing a concise explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
