Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to clearly explain observations and decisions.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet during AI conversations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, artifacts, or misaligned audio.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
• Provide written feedback to improve AI systems.
