Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all from home.

We offer flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $18 USD per hour plus incentives, with free access to leading LLMs and the ability to work from anywhere, including travel. Join a growing evaluation network shaping AI research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
