Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain precisely what was off in writing, remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Contributors help shape how AI systems reason by providing evaluations and feedback. Offers include free access to leading LLMs, and earnings can vary with missions and incentives, with pay set at up to $18/hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio-to-video, and document findings in English.
• Provide concise, evidence-based explanations describing what looked off and why.
