Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with pay tied to expertise and project needs. You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve through rigorous evaluation and feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding when both options have flaws.

Aufgaben

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank how natural and clear each one sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, and text/audio mismatches.
• Write a concise, English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
