Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong to improve system performance.

You can work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs for free. Rates vary by expertise, with pay up to $18 per hour and incentives based on mission performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios in natural speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
