Outlier offers a remote, flexible-part-time contract where you review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing.

This role emphasizes attention to detail and clear, evidence-based feedback while you work from home on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, comfortable with casual yet precise communication, and able to judge adherence and realism across media types.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation.
