Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented workers to review AI-generated media from remote locations on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what is off, helping shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail. A bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have, and remote work with flexible hours is offered, along with

Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
