Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to the prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to catch issues.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Ranking and comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a clear, evidence-based explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
