Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges, compare image/video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when two options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific English explanations.
