Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your insights help shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You’ll provide written evaluations, compare media pairs, and rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, artifacts, or mismatched audio.
• Write specific English explanations highlighting what was seen or heard.
