Outlier is hiring for remote evaluation of AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, assess how well images and videos follow prompts, and write precise explanations of any discrepancies. This on-demand role offers flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate judgments clearly in writing. Applicants from multiple regions, including the US, are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Write a concise English explanation of the chosen results for each task.
