Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and write specific explanations of what looked off, all on your own schedule.

The role supports flexible hours and payments weekly, with access to leading language models and potential incentives based on performance. Applicants from multiple regions are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in and replay to spot issues like distortion or audio-video mismatch.
• Write English explanations detailing what you saw or heard.
