Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to spot issues in AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule. This is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with rates varying by expertise and project requirements. Access to leading LLMs and additional incentives accompany the role, with payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and everyday conversational ease.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what was observed.
