Job summary

Outlier offers remote, flexible-hours work reviewing AI-generated media. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain discrepancies in writing. Compensation is up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear explanation in writing.
