Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts or mismatch.
• Writing a specific, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
