Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image/video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with opportunities for incentives. This remote role supports worldwide applicants and requires clear English communication and careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
