Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain in writing what sounded or looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing real scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Spot issues like distortions, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Write English explanations detailing what was observed.
