Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what went off, remotely and on your schedule. Your work helps improve AI systems in real-world applications.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, with strong writing skills. Roles are remote with flexible hours and weekly payments; access to leading LLMs is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot issues in AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, distortions, or misalignment.
• Write clear English explanations pointing to what was seen or heard.
