Job summary

Outlier is inviting English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on their own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. This freelance role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication.

Work remotely with flexible hours, earning up to $15 USD per hour plus incentives. Access to leading LLMs is provided, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn’t match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English explanation.
