Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rank output quality, and explain deviations in writing.

This role contributes to improving AI reasoning and performance in real-world scenarios. Responsibilities include evaluating images, videos, and audio, providing written feedback, and working on multiple projects from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation describing what you saw or heard.
