Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your insights help shape how AI systems reason and improve. This freelance role pays up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. Applicants from the United States and other eligible regions are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Writing concise explanations in English describing what was observed.
