Job summary

Techolution LLC is seeking an AI Python Developer for remote, full-time engagement. The role focuses on developing scalable Python backends, building reusable components, and integrating AI agents and RAG-based workflows into intelligent applications.

The ideal candidate has strong Python/OOP fundamentals, experience with FastAPI/Flask, and hands-on exposure to LLMs, vector databases, Redis, and cloud deployment on GCP or AWS. 1–4 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and backend API development fundamentals.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid OOP, modular design, reusable components.
• Experience with Pydantic for data validation.
• Understanding of microservices and service-to-service communication.
• Experience with Generative AI: LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs.
• Exposure to AI agents and orchestration.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Redis.
• Familiarity with async programming in Python.
• Git and version control proficiency.
• Cloud exposure to GCP or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python backend services and REST APIs.
• Design data models and validation logic with Pydantic.
• Build and integrate AI agents for business use cases.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows using LLMs, embeddings and vector databases.
• Coordinate multiple agents and backend services.
• Work with NoSQL databases and Redis for performance.
• Apply asynchronous programming for API calls and DB ops.
• Debug issues, analyze logs, and improve reliability.
• Assist with deployment in GCP or AWS environments.
