BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to design and implement advanced AI-powered systems using LLMs and RAG architectures. You will bridge cutting-edge AI research with production-ready applications, ensuring intelligent automation is integrated into business workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production-grade Python applications, build RAG pipelines, and optimize LLM APIs, vector databases, and data processing for scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing AI-powered systems using LLMs.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LangChain.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs and cloud services like AWS into production workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using Python and LangChain-based frameworks.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve model accuracy with external data.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and vector databases for complex reasoning and semantic search.
• Architect scalable data processing systems to prepare content for AI/ML workflows.
