Job summary

24-MAG LLC is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer for a fully remote, full-time role. You will develop AI agents, integrate LLM APIs, and build backend services with Python and FastAPI. The position emphasizes RAG, agent orchestration, and cloud deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

The role focuses on producing production-ready AI features for internal platforms, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering experience with backend development.
• a demonstrated track record building AI applications using LLMs and APIs.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompting, and AI application architecture.
• Experience designing or implementing agent-based AI workflows.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
• Experience building backend APIs using FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Understanding of scalable architecture and production deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and workflows.
• Experience in tool calling and agent orchestration is advantageous.
