Job summary

The role involves coordinating timelines, communicating with the PI/co-PIs, coordinating with stakeholders, managing IRB reviews, data handling, and supervising transcription staff. This grant-funded position may extend with funding.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in PR, Communications, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years coordinating projects including planning and management.
• Experience with word processing, databases, spreadsheets and/or presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external personnel to ensure deliverables are met.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Manage recruitment and transcription teams; supervise data handling.
• Report milestones to management and funding agency.
