Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in data science, health informatics, CS, biostatistics, computational linguistics.
• Strong Python programming and data preprocessing skills.
• Experience with transformer-based models and large language models.
• Excellent organization and communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, preprocess, QC, extract features from speech, transcript, clinical, and EHR data.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate ML, NLP, speech-processing, transformer-based, and LLM models using Python.
• Support qualitative research, including interviews, summaries, and thematic analysis.
• Track milestones, timelines, deliverables, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks across study aims.
• Coordinate communication among investigators, staff, students, collaborators, and external partners.
• Assist with IRB materials, data-use documentation, reports, presentations, abstracts, manuscripts, and grant-related materials.
