Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a skilled engineer to build the production AI layer for construction and real estate project delivery. You’ll design structured output contracts, validation, and robust pipelines that turn AI models into dependable production tools.

You’ll work on enterprise integration with REST APIs, SharePoint, OneDrive, Graph API, and MCP-like patterns, ensuring reliable data flow and auditable tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency for data parsing, file I/O, schema validation, and testing.
• REST API design and consumption including auth patterns, pagination, and error handling.
• Experience with document parsing libraries and enterprise file formats (e.g., PyMuPDF, python-docx, openpyxl, pandas).
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and structured release management.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 integration surfaces: SharePoint, OneDrive, Graph API.

Responsibilities

• Design the structured output contracts and validation logic for production AI solutions.
• Build and maintain the extraction scripts, validation frameworks, and quality harnesses for reliable pipelines.
• Develop enterprise integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft 365 surfaces, ensuring secure, scalable data flows.
• Create agentic pipelines and tool interactions to connect models with enterprise data and tools.
