Job summary

Fullthrottle.ai is seeking a hands-on Product Manager who owns core platform capabilities from prototype to launch and keeps the product operation running. This execution-focused role uses AI tools as a force multiplier to move faster than a traditional PM.

You will prototype features, write requirements, collaborate with Engineering through delivery and QA, and hand finished features to Revenue and Marketing so they get adopted and monetized quickly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AdTech, MarTech, product, or digital media platform roles.
• You are happiest making things, with a track record of shipping.
• Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using them to prototype, spec, and build.
• Strong understanding of programmatic media, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Prototype new tactics, workflows, and AI features to pressure-test ideas using AI tools daily to spec, mock, and build quickly.
• Write crystal clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for Engineering.
• Collaborate with Engineering through delivery and QA, owning validation and quality assurance.
• Own day-to-day product administration including backlog hygiene, roadmap docs, release coordination, tooling, and status communication.
• Hand finished features to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing with context to monetize quickly.
• Research AdTech trends and engage with customers to surface friction and opportunities.
