Wing is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, shaping AI products from 0-1 in a fast-moving startup environment. You will own the roadmap, define features, and ensure a cohesive UX across modules while leveraging data to uncover gaps.

You thrive on frictionless experiences, translate complex concepts into onboarding and in-app education, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-impact improvements quickly.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PM with meticulous attention to detail.
• Owns UX end-to-end and uses data to identify gaps.
• Delivers simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review.
• Excellent collaboration with design and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design.
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features.
• Map the full product surface area: dashboard - every feature - how it connects across modules.
• Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
