Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Product Strategist to drive the development and commercialization of AI-enabled healthcare data products. You will bridge data products, tech partners, and product lines across payer, provider, and clinical teams to translate market needs into scalable, market-ready solutions.

The role involves incubating opportunities, shaping roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to meet regulatory and data-governance requirements. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, CS, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product management, strategy, or related discipline in enterprise software, healthcare data, or tech-enabled services.
• Experience with clinical/pharmacy data, APIs, interoperability, and FHIR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, development lifecycles, and go-to-market planning.
• Experience with cloud providers to execute joint tech strategies or co-innovation.
