Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Product Strategist to guide the development and commercialization of data-driven healthcare solutions, uniting data assets, technology partners, and product lines. You will incubate opportunities from market needs to market-ready concepts, collaborating with payer, provider, clinical and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, strategy consulting, commercialization, or related discipline.
• Experience with clinical and pharmacy data, data-as-a-service, APIs, interoperability, and FHIR preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platforms, lifecycles, and business planning.
• Experience collaborating with cloud providers to execute joint tech strategies and co-innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, product definitions, and concept memos for opportunities, articulating market opportunity and path to commercialization.
• Collaborate with payer, provider, clinical, GM, and engineering stakeholders to align value propositions with data, models, workflows, and governance.
• Support product roadmap development by documenting capabilities, dependencies, and priorities.
• Support partnerships with technology partners to prototype and accelerate capabilities.
• Identify where software partnerships may advance market access and differentiation.
