Greenway Health is seeking a Program Manager (AI Native) to drive delivery across multiple products in a remote-capable environment. You will own end-to-end program outcomes, manage scope, schedule, and release readiness, and ensure alignment with business needs.

You will validate AI-assisted outputs and protect sensitive information, reporting progress clearly. In this role you will coordinate with product, engineering, and leadership to manage capacity, dependencies, and risks, using Wrike,

Competenze

• 7+ years of program/project management experience in software development or healthcare IT.
• Experience leading multi-product programs with cross-functional teams.
• Experience tracking AI-assisted or agentic software development metrics.

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple products, teams, and releases.
• Plan and drive cross-organization programs using Agile and traditional PM practices.
• Maintain accurate program data in Wrike, Smartsheet, and ALM tools.
