Job summary

Greenway Health, LLC is seeking an Agile Project Manager (AI Native) to drive delivery for product and development teams using Agile and traditional PM practices. You will own delivery outcomes, anticipate blockers, and ensure accurate planning in Wrike, Agility, Smartsheet, and Domo to enable proactive decision making.

You will partner with product, engineering, and leadership to manage capacity, sprint planning, and release readiness, while upholding governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Software Development, IT, or related field.
• Project management certification desirable.
• Experience using AI or analytics to forecast capacity or monitor health metrics.
• 2+ years in a project management role and 6+ years total work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive delivery of project, release, and roadmap outcomes using Agile and traditional PM practices.
• Own delivery outcomes; anticipate obstacles, escalate when appropriate.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, communications, dependencies, and progress for projects.
• Maintain accurate delivery data in Wrike including RAID logs updated weekly.
• Support Agile ceremonies and team communications while avoiding duplication of responsibilities.
• Protect data quality and governance to enable reliable AI-enabled insights.
