Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating across product, engineering, and leadership.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled PMO concepts and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive delivery of project, release, and roadmap outcomes using Agile and traditional PM methods.
• Own delivery outcomes; anticipate obstacles, identify trends, escalate when needed.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, communications, dependencies, and progress.
• Maintain up-to-date delivery data in Wrike, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Keep Smartsheet plans and dashboards aligned with milestones and risks.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to manage capacity and trade-offs.
• Ground sprint planning in real capacity and protect against churn.
• Drive commitments and remove blockers to prevent spillover and delay.
• Use approved AI tools to forecast capacity and accelerate decisions; review AI outputs for accuracy.
• Escalate decisions with clear options and owner assignments.
