Job summary

The Trust in SODA is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Business Analyst to support definition, delivery, and validation of AI use cases across business and technical teams. This is a 12-month contract with remote working across Europe, rate 250-400 Euros/day.

You will engage stakeholders, translate needs into requirements and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment of objectives with technical solutions while managing scope and changes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business analysis or product ownership within AI or data initiatives.
• Experience with Power Platform and Co-Pilot technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft stack and agile delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication of business value.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and prioritise AI use cases
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, delivery scope, and technical solutions
• Manage scope and change requests throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Support solution validation through demos, UAT, and feedback cycles
