Job summary

Alignerr Corp. seeks AI policy, ethics and compliance analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against safety and fairness standards. This fully remote, flexible contract role welcomes strong critical thinking and clear written communication—no prior AI or policy background required.

You will review content, classify outputs for bias and harm, and provide structured feedback. You will work asynchronously on varied topics, with potential for ongoing engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking to evaluate nuanced content objectively.
• Clear, concise written communication of feedback and reasoning.
• Interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or social responsibility.
• Ability to work independently within defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content and assess it against safety, fairness, and ethics standards.
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm.
• Flag content that is misleading, harmful, or inappropriate.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback on policy-related issues.
• Work across a wide range of topics and content types.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
