Job summary

Alignerr Corp is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst (AI Training) to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will shape how AI understands governance, audit processes, and control environments, applying practical GRC expertise to real-world training data.

You will review policies, assess risk mappings, and generate high-quality data for AI evaluation while collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team on flexible, contract-based work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security.
• Familiar with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS or similar.
• Able to read and interpret policy documents, audit reports, and controls.
• Strong written reasoning and analytical communication.
• Self-motivated, able to work asynchronously on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review security policies, controls, and procedures for accuracy.
• Evaluate compliance scenarios across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.
• Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit docs.
• Generate and validate training data for AI systems.
• Provide structured feedback using evaluation guidelines.
• Identify nuanced reasoning errors in AI outputs.
