Job summary

Alignerr is seeking sharp, detail-oriented individuals to review AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback that improves accuracy, reliability, and trustworthiness. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role with 10–40 hours per week, and no AI background required — just a keen eye for quality and accuracy.

You will review responses across text, image, and data formats, rate content quality using rubrics, identify errors, and write actionable feedback to guide model improvements.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content.
• Self-motivated and able to manage time independently.
• Clear and precise written communication in English.
• No prior AI, technical, or data experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for factual accuracy and relevance.
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where outputs fall short.
• Write clear, actionable feedback that guides model improvement.
• Work across a variety of topics and content types — no two days are the same.
