Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking a senior AI Platform / SRE Lead to drive reliability and AI-enabled operations across distributed engineering teams. The role focuses on production support, automation, observability, and scalable DevOps practices in a large enterprise setting.

You will define standards, guardrails, and governance for AI-driven incident response and intelligent monitoring, while guiding multiple delivery pods and mentoring engineers in forward-deployed engineering deployments.

Qualifications

Strong background in SRE, DevOps, and production operations.
Experience applying AI/GenAI to operational use cases.
Expertise in observability, monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.
Experience establishing governance and guardrails across engineering pods.
Experience AI-enabled DevOps solutions and AI-assisted incident response.

Responsibilities

Lead AI-enabled operations, reliability, automation, observability, and production support initiatives
Identify AI use cases for incident management, monitoring, and automation
Define operational standards, governance, and guardrails
Drive adoption of AI-enabled DevOps and SRE practices
Improve operational efficiency and reliability through automation and AI
Serve as a technical advisor and escalation point across delivery pods
