You will work at the intersection of engineering, governance, and user enablement, collaborating with Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to define platform controls and manage costs.

The role emphasizes building scalable AI pipelines, IAM policies, and cost dashboards while delivering end-to-end platform initiatives in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years progressive engineering experience with AI/cloud
• Experience partnering with InfoSec, Risk, Compliance to implement controls
• Hands-on IAM/access policies, guardrails, audit logging and quotas
• GenAI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) and prompt engineering
• Agentic AI, MCP, and Graph/RAG architectures
• Experience with AWS services: Bedrock, EC2, EKS, Fargate, Lambda, Athena, Glue, Lake Formation
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Puppet, Docker) and container deployments
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Boto3) for automation
• Vector/Graph databases (Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, Neo4j, Neptune)
• SDLC, DevSecOps, Agile Scrum/Kanban, JIRA/Confluence/JIRA Align
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication

Responsibilities

• Lead AI platform enablement across enterprise AI tools
• Coordinate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Legal for platform controls
• Translate requirements into technical IAM policies, guardrails, and data-access controls
• Document controls and maintain audit/compliance evidence
• Manage token budgets, usage quotas, and cost dashboards
• Provide user support on credit/usage limits and quota management
• Troubleshoot issues with skills, agents, MCP integrations, and API usage
• Design and maintain LLM pipelines and Graph/RAG architectures
• Implement cloud-native solutions (EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena)
• Automate provisioning and guardrails using Infrastructure as Code
• Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives using Agile
