Job summary

Sleek is seeking a Senior SRE Engineer to architect, build, and scale its cloud infrastructure and AI-powered capabilities. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to define infrastructure strategy, design resilient cloud architectures, and ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing platforms.

Responsibilities include improving CI/CD pipelines, automation, and incident response while integrating AI into production environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• 6+ years across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) with networking, compute, storage, security & cost optimization.
• 6+ years of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, ECS).
• 6+ years of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Experience with modern delivery tooling and GitOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale Sleek's infrastructure and AI-powered capabilities.
• Strengthen reliability, scalability, and platform health through roadmaps and upgrades.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment tooling to boost velocity.
• Integrate AI into production environments with robust monitoring and guardrails.
• Mentor and elevate platform engineering, DevOps maturity, and engineering quality.
