Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-driven AI Product leader to define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI-powered GRC solutions. You will translate complex customer needs into actionable specs, lead cross-functional teams, and establish safety and governance frameworks for production AI features.

You will partner with engineering, design, and executives to drive customer value, while prototyping and testing new capabilities and measuring impact across enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in product management for enterprise SaaS.
• ≥2 years delivering production AI/LLM products, preferably with intelligent agents.
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Translate customer needs into detailed specs and development plans.
• Establish evaluation methodologies and safety controls for AI features.
• Lead development of customer-facing AI agents and backend integrations.
• Align product, engineering, design, and GTM around strategic priorities.
• Engage enterprise customers to gather feedback and drive priorities.
• Prototype and experiment to validate new AI capabilities.
• Monitor AI feature performance in production and optimize.
