Job summary

Hyperproof in a fully remote model seeks a Principal Platform Product Manager to own AI capabilities, agentic workflows, and GRC product strategy across the platform. You'll partner with engineering and GRC experts to define requirements, grounding frameworks, and auditability guardrails for safe, valuable AI features.

This role focuses on high-impact problem selection, rapid prototyping, data-driven validation, and collaboration with GTM teams to drive customer value for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience scaling enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 2+ years shipping production-grade AI/LLM products and agentic systems.
• Strong leadership in AI applications with grounding, trust frameworks, and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI strategy, architecture, roadmap, and execution for platform AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and GRC experts to author detailed product requirements and benchmarks.
• Lead agentic workflows and backend integrations that automate complex GRC tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, and go-to-market for alignment.
• Build prototypes, analyze usage metrics, and validate AI features in production.
• Serve as a thought leader on AI in GRC at industry events and client briefings.
