Job summary

CACI International is seeking an AI Platform & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead secure AI platform and cloud infrastructure initiatives for the DHS OIG. You'll manage end-to-end delivery, including Azure Government integration, governance, and cost-control in a primarily remote role with potential onsite presence in Washington, DC.

Role requires PMP, federal security awareness, and experience overseeing enterprise AI projects across multiple teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of IT project management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing enterprise cloud and infrastructure projects with integrated schedules, budgets, and risks across multiple teams.
• Experience delivering AI/generative AI capabilities with governance, security, and responsible-use considerations.
• Knowledge of federal security requirements (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA) and Azure cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage AI platform and infrastructure projects from initiation through transition, including OIGChat enhancements and Azure enablement.
• Coordinate AI infrastructure work across compute, storage, networking, API management, and model endpoints; track Terraform, CI/CD.
• Manage cost governance, dashboards, budgets, and guardrails to prevent data leakage and overspend.
• Oversee authorization activities (ATO/POA&Ms) and continuous monitoring with government reviewers.
• Lead release and operations cadence, including incident follow-up and change management with DHS OIG.
