Job summary

NewRocket in the United States seeks an experienced AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and continuously improve scalable enterprise AI foundations. You will enable Claude-powered applications, secure data integrations, and reusable platform patterns that support rapid, responsible AI delivery across client engagements.

You will collaborate with AI Architects, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, data engineers, ServiceNow teams, product engineering, and customer stakeholders to create reusable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
5+ years of platform/cloud engineering experience.
Experience designing scalable cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platform capabilities for enterprise AI.
Create reusable reference architectures and deployment templates for AI Foundry.
Enable secure connections to enterprise data, APIs, and tools.
Collaborate with AI Architects and engineers to translate client needs into platform designs.
Support Claude-based enterprise use cases with data processing, RAG, and model tooling.
Establish and maintain security, governance, and observability practices.
