Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead AI Governance and AI Platform feature development from discovery through production. You will own requirements, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and business teams.

This remote role supports US-based and India-based collaborators and is a 1-year assignment. A strong background in Agile, SDLC, and enterprise AI platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project/program management, product management, business analysis, or a combination of these disciplines.
• Strong technical PM and product management experience with end-to-end delivery from discovery to production release.
• Experience delivering technical products, platform capabilities, or software features through full development lifecycle.
• Experience developing BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, QA/testing, and production release processes.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, environments, data flows, dependencies, and security considerations.
• Strength in requirements analysis, critical thinking, facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Ability to partner across Product, UX/UI, Engineering, QA, and business teams and translate needs into technical requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, identify gaps/risks, drive decisions, and deliver.
• Strong product and end-user mindset; understand what should be built and why.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Governance and AI Platform feature delivery from research to production.
• Own requirements development, BRDs, business/functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional technical delivery with Product, UX/UI, front-end and back-end Engineering, QA, and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on project management and Scrum support: planning, backlog/release coordination, risk management, and delivery readiness.
• Translate business and technical needs into platform solutions, covering APIs, integrations, environments, data flows, and security.
